TOUR CONTRACT
1) Agency / Tour operator:

2) Booking a tour:
With submission of your online booking form you accept these Terms and Conditions as a binding contract between Weekend Rider and you the participant.
3) Motorcycle Rental:
The motorcycles are provided/owned by Weekend Rider and the rental cost is included in the Tour Prices. Our Motorbikes are near new bikes and kept in pristine condition. All motorbikes are fully insured but you are required to pay a Security Deposit in case you return the bike damaged. Weekend Rider is not obligated to replace a motorcycle damaged by the participant.
4) Traffic and Driving Laws:
If the customer (rider) does not comply with or contravenes any traffic laws, the contract may be cancelled by us (Weekend Rider). Riding under the influence of alcohol or any drugs is strictly prohibited and will result in the summary cancellation of the booking and the customer will be obliged to return the motorcycle forthwith.
5) Price of Tour includes:
All items listed under “INCLUDED IN OUR TOUR PRICES”. The list is located in Tour Prices on our website.
6) Price of Tour does not include:
All items not mentioned as included and those that are listed as “NOT INCLUDED IN OUR TOUR PRICES”. The list is located in Tour Prices on our website.
7) Passport, Visas, and Driving Licence:
You must be in possession of a valid driver's licence, passport, and any other document that can prove who you are. The customer is responsible for complying with above regulations and all consequences resulting for non-compliance.
8) Insurance:
Weekend Rider recommends that you take out personal accident, medical and adequate travel insurance for yourself and/or passenger. These insurances are not in any way included in the tour price. It is agreed and understood that Weekend Rider is not responsible for any accident and/or incident that may occur during the tour.
9) Alterations to Tour Itinerary:
Weekend Rider reserves the right to make changes and modifications to the tour. It may be necessary in some instances to change the Itinerary that was originally published. Such changes may result from changes in the weather, road construction, or other unforeseen situations. No refund will be considered in the event of any such changes.
10) Responsibility for Customer Safety:
You are expected to ride in a courteous manner, be respectful of other road users, and especially to the other members of the tour. We expect you to ride safely at all times, and it is your responsibility to be individually aware of the prevailing speed limits, road signs, road rules, etc. You are also responsible for ensuring that you are fit and healthy enough to participate on the tour. Any medical condition that may compromise the safety of you or the group must be discussed prior to booking the tour.
11) Unused services:
If you retire from the tour early, due to ill-health or other personal reasons, you cannot claim compensation for any unused services.
12) Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:
I acknowledge that I have read the above Terms and Conditions and am satisfied with the content therein and agree to be bound thereby.
I am an experienced, responsible and healthy motorcyclist with a valid motorcycle (drivers) licence. As a passenger I am aware of the potential dangers of motorcycling.
I further agree and understand that the owners, operators and agents of this trip, including Weekend Rider - Sydney Motorcycle Tours, are not the guardians of my safety. They, individually or collectively, cannot be held liable in any way for any occurrence in connection with the operation of my participation on the tour which might result in injury, death or other damage to me, my property or my family heirs or assigns.
